Aufgaben

Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten mit Fokus auf SAP
Leitung und Koordination von S/4HANA-Migrationsprojekten (Greenfield, Brownfield oder Hybrid)
Steuerung interner Projektteams sowie externer Dienstleister
Sicherstellung von Projektzielen hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget und Qualität
Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse im SAP-Umfeld
Enge Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, IT und Management
Risikomanagement sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an Stakeholder

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
(Mehrjährige) Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten, idealerweise im SAP-Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP-Systemen sowie praktische Erfahrung mit S/4HANA-Migrationen
Erfahrung mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden (klassisch, agil oder hybrid)
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten
Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
(Sehr) gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
