Aktuell stehen spannende Herausforderungen an: IFRS-Einführung, neue Konsolidierungssoftware, Onboarding neuer Beteiligungen.

Für diese zentralen Projekte suchen sie einen Manager Group Consolidation & Reporting mit Hands-on-Mentalität und IFRS-Know-how.

Du arbeitest auf Holdingebene mit direktem Draht zur Geschäftsführung, zu externen Beratern und zur börsennotierten Muttergesellschaft. Dich erwartet ein hochprofessionelles Setup mit strategischem Fokus – und der Möglichkeit, Standards zu definieren, bevor andere sie setzen.

Aufgaben

Für die Rolle als Manager Group Consolidation & Reporting sind bereits einige Projekte für das Jahr 2026 und darüber hinaus geplant, das heißt konkret:

Einführung von IFRS auf Gruppenebene sowie in den Beteiligungen
Auswahl und Implementierung einer neuen Konsolidierungssoftware
Onboarding neuer Beteiligungen in die Konzernkonsolidierung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem künftigen Finance-Team der Holding und externen Berater:innen
Abstimmung mit der börsennotierten Muttergesellschaft und deren Reporting-Anforderungen
Unterstützung bei der Integration und Standardisierung von Reportingstrukturen
Durchführung von IFRS-Konvertierungen und Post-Merger-Accounting
Begleitung von M&A-Prozessen aus Accounting-/Konsolidierungssicht

Qualifikation

Min. 5-8 Jahre in Konzernrechnungslegung oder Group Accounting, idealerweise in wachstumsstarken Tech- oder Beteiligungsunternehmen
Experte im Umgang mit IFRS, insbesondere IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 3, IAS 38 sowie fundiertes PPA-Know-how
Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Konzernkonsolidierungsprozesse, einschließlich PPA.
Praxiserprobte Erfahrung mit IFRS-Umstellungen sind von Vorteil
Strukturierte, analytische Denkweise mit einem hohen Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Verständnis für komplexe Beteiligungs- und Konzernstrukturen sowie internationale Abstimmungsprozesse
Verhandlungssicheres Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse oder weitere europäische Sprachen von Vorteil
