Zwei etablierte mittelständische Softwareunternehmen mit jeweils eigenständigen Teams stehen vor der nächsten Entwicklungsphase und suchen einen unternehmerisch denkenden Geschäftsführer für die gemeinsame Führung.

Beide Organisationen verfügen über langjährige Marktpräsenz und spezialisierte Softwarelösungen im Bildungsumfeld. Ziel der Rolle ist es, Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln, Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten und beide Unternehmen strategisch näher zusammenzuführen.

Die Rolle erfordert eine Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, Veränderungen aktiv gestaltet und Organisationen strategisch wie operativ weiterentwickelt.

Aufgaben

Strategische Weiterentwicklung beider Unternehmen sowie Definition gemeinsamer Ziele und Prioritäten
Analyse bestehender Organisationsstrukturen und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Verantwortlichkeiten
Reduzierung von Komplexität und Aufbau effizienter Abläufe innerhalb der Organisationen
Weiterentwicklung der Produktstrategie und Abstimmung von Roadmaps über beide Unternehmen hinweg
Stärkung der Vertriebsaktivitäten sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei zentralen Kundenprojekten
Förderung einer agilen Arbeitsweise und Unterstützung von Transformationsprozessen
Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Teams an beiden Standorten
Langfristige Entwicklung einer gemeinsamen Struktur für beide Organisationen
Regelmäßige Präsenz am Hauptstandort in der Anfangsphase (3–4 Tage pro Woche), um Transformationsprozesse aktiv zu begleiten – mit zunehmender Stabilität der Strukturen wird eine höhere Remote‑Flexibilität möglich

Qualifikation

Führungserfahrung in einem Softwareunternehmen oder vergleichbare Verantwortung auf Geschäftsleitungsebene
Erfahrung darin, Organisationen durch Veränderungsphasen zu führen und Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln
Agile Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Transformation aktiv und pragmatisch umzusetzen
Unternehmerisches Mindset kombiniert mit einer klaren Hands-on-Mentalität
Stark ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken sowie solides betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
Hohe Affinität zu Technologie und Interesse daran, neue Technologien sinnvoll in Organisationen zu integrieren
Freude daran, in kleineren Organisationen mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen Verantwortung zu übernehmen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
