Aufgaben

Du verantwortest das gesamte Rechnungswesen von Buchführung, Kreditoren-/Debitorenbuchhaltung (inkl. Online-Zahlungen via Stripe) sowie Sach- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
Du sorgst für saubere Abschlüsse: periodengerechte Buchungen und Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
Du hast die Lohnbuchhaltung im Griff: termingerechte Abrechnungen, Zahlungsläufe und das gesamte Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen
Du bist erste Ansprechpartner:in für Krankenkassen, Behörden und bei Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
Du steuerst Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen: Rechnungslegung, Kontenpflege und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen zuverlässig und fristgerecht
Du denkst Prozesse mit und trägst proaktiv zur Qualitätssicherung im Finanzbereich bei.

Qualifikation

Must have: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Controlling oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit fundierter Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
Du kennst die Praxis: mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise im E-Commerce-Umfeld
Du beherrschst die Tools mit sicherem Umgang von DATEV, MS-Office und Zahlungsdienstleistern wie Stripe
Du arbeitest präzise: Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und proaktives Qualitätsbewusstsein sind für dich selbstverständlich.
