Auftragsbasiert, remote, mit dem Anspruch auf langfristige Zusammenarbeit.

Aufgaben

Schnitt von Performance-Ads für Meta (Facebook & Instagram) im Direct-Response-Stil
Umsetzung verschiedener Ad-Formate: UGC, Testimonial, Talking Head, Demo, Voiceover + B-Roll
Iteration und Variantenbildung bestehender Top-Performer (Hooks, Intros, CTAs, Pacing)
Einbindung von Hook-Logik, Pattern Interrupts, Retention-Mechaniken und CTA-Frames
Eigenständige Auswahl von Musik, Sounddesign, Captions/Subtitles, Motion Graphics
Lieferung in 9:16, 4:5 und 1:1 inkl. Meta-konformer Specs
Direkte Abstimmung mit dem Marketing-Lead über o. ä.

Qualifikation

Mindestens 2 Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung im Schnitt von Direct-Response- oder Performance-Ads (kein klassischer Brand-Schnitt)
