Für einen unserer Kunden in Hamburg suchen wir aktuell Unterstützung im Bereich SAP HCM Entwicklung.

In dieser Rolle arbeitest du an einem etablierten Systemumfeld und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemlandschaft – technisch anspruchsvoll und mit direktem Einfluss auf die Prozesse.

Aufgaben

Betreuung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des SAP HCM Systems sowie der zugehörigen FIORI-Landschaft
Technische Konzeption sowie Abstimmung und Review fachlicher Anforderungen
Umsetzung der Anforderungen mittels Customizing und Entwicklung in ABAP, ABAP/OO sowie SAP UI5
Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen und Systemlandschaften
Durchführung von Tests, Anwenderschulungen und Dokumentation

Qualifikation

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen SAP HCM Modulen
Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit ABAP und ABAP/OO
Erfahrung mit SAP UI5, idealerweise auch erste Berührungspunkte mit SAP BTP
Gute Kenntnisse von HR-/Personalprozessen
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und klare Kommunikation
