Aufgaben

Planung und Moderation von Regelterminen (z. B. Weeklies, Refinements, Retros – pragmatisch, nicht dogmatisch)
Strukturierung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen sowie Zuordnung zu Projekten und Epics
Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare Tasks für das Entwicklungsteam
Enge Abstimmung mit Demand Management, Projektleitung und Fachbereichen
Unterstützung bei Release- und Meilensteinplanung
Pflege und Verwaltung von Jira (Epics, User Stories, Tasks, Boards, Workflows)
Sicherstellung von Transparenz über Fortschritt, Aufwände und Kapazitäten
Erstellung von Reports und Dashboards für Management und Stakeholder
Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in Prozessen und Abläufen
Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsweisen im Sinne einer pragmatischen Agilität
Unterstützung des Teams bei Strukturierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer der folgenden Rollen: Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Projektkoordinator:in oder Softwareentwicklung / IT-Consulting mit klar sichtbaren Anteilen in Organisation/Koordination
Sicherer Umgang mit:
- Jira (Epics, Boards, Workflows, Dashboards, Zeitverfolgung)
- gängigen Collaboration-Tools (Confluence, MS Teams, o. Ä.)
Erfahrung in agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban)
Erfahrung im Reporting (z. B. Jira-Dashboards, Excel/Power BI, Confluence-Reports)
Verständnis für DevOps- und Entwicklungsprozesse (z. B. CI/CD-Pipelines, Git, Ticket- und Releaseprozesse)
Fließend Deutschkenntnisse
