Im Rahmen unseres Wachstums bieten wir ab Sommer 2026 in Dortmund ein Traineeprogramm für den Fachbereich Kalkulation an. Dieses wendet sich direkt an Absolvent:innen des Bauingenieurwesens oder Bautechniker:innen, die in der Kalkulation von Leitungsbauprojekten Ihre Zukunft sehen. In einem einjährigen Entwicklungsplan erhalten Sie Sie nicht nur Einblick in die Kernaufgaben der Kalkulation, sondern durchlaufen auch die angrenzenden Abteilungen und lernen die alle beteiligten Rollen kennen. Ziel ist es, dass Sie nach erfolgreichem Abschluss ein unverzichtbarer Teil unseres Teams werden!

Als Kalkulator:in verantworten Sie die wirtschaftliche Planung kleiner und großer Bauprojekte für Infrastrukturtechnik (Gas, Wasser, Strom, Fernwärme). Dazu gehört die Berechnung von Angeboten, die Ermittlung von Materialbedarfen und Bewertung technischer Ausschreibungen. Damit sind Sie das Bindeglied zwischen Theorie und Baustelle und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Projekte auf einem soliden finanziellen Fundament stehen.

Durchlaufen eines strukturierten Mentorings durch unsere Profis
Erwerb aller notwendigen Einblicke in das gesamte Spektrum der Kalkulation, von der Ausschreibung bis zur Nachkalkulation
Erlernen der rechtlichen und wirtschaftlichen Kenntnisse zur Leitungserfassung, Kostenermittlung und Angebotserstellung

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder Qualifikation als Bautechniker:in
Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Zahlen und Spaß an technischen Details im Tief- und Rohrleitungsbau
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Software-Affinität
