Ihre Aufgaben

Wir verstärken die Abteilung Finanzen am Standort Dortmund (Technologiezentrum) und suchen dazu eine Finanzbuchhalter*in. In dieser Funktion sind Sie interne Spezialist*in für die Prozesse im Kreditoren- und Debitorenwesen. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Bearbeitung des Rechnungs-Workflows sowie und der Verbuchung der täglichen Geschäftsvorfälle. Ihre Kenntnisse können Sie bei Schulungen und Onboardings auch in den Kollegenkreis weitergeben.

Selbstständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung (Debitoren-/ Kreditorenwesen) im System NEVARIS Finance
Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Mitwirkung bei Monatsabschlüssen und UStVA
Bearbeitung und Optimierung des Workflows (Rechnungseingang / -ausgang) im DMS Amagno

Ihr Profil

Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, gerne mit entsprechenden Fortbildungen
Umfassende Kenntnisse der Kontokorrentbuchhaltung und des Umsatzsteuerrechts
Kenntnisse in der Baubranche wünschenswert
Routinierter Umgang mit gängiger Office- und Buchhaltungssoftware, bestenfalls Erfahrung mit Systemintegrationen / -umstellungen
