Aufgaben

Bei uns bekommst du keine klassische Werkstudenten-Zuarbeit, sondern echte Verantwortung. Du übernimmst die operativen Finance-Themen direkt von der Geschäftsführung, inkl. echtem Einfluss auf Entscheidungsfindung und kannst richtig was bewegen.

Reporting & Auswertungen: Du baust regelmäßige Reports & Auswertungen und machst essentielle Kennzahlen für die Geschäftsführung sichtbar.
Buchhaltung & Belegmanagement: Du bereitest die Buchhaltung vor, prüfst Eingangsrechnungen und sorgst dafür, dass nichts liegen bleibt
Controlling & Forecasting: Forecasts, Budgets, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche: du bringst Struktur in die Zahlen & erkennst Abweichungen, bevor sie zum Problem werden.
Prozesse verbessern: Du erkennst, wo manuelle Schritte automatisiert werden können & bringst eigene Vorschläge ein, wie Finance bei Soley effizienter & skalierbarer läuft.
Schnittstelle halten: Du arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsführung & Steuerberatung zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Finance-Themen verlässlich & sauber abgewickelt werden.
Ad-hoc Analysen: Mal ein Business Case, mal eine Recherche, mal eine entscheidungsreife Aufbereitung für den CEO; du machst aus Fragen schnell Antworten

Qualifikation

Du studierst im Master BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Accounting, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang mit Finance-Bezug & bringst noch mind. 1 Jahr Studienzeit mit
Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung im Finance-Bereich gesammelt
Excel ist für dich selbstverständlich; DATEV oder Personio lernst du schnell
Du denkst bei Zahlen mit: strukturiert, sorgfältig, immer mit Blick aufs Wesentliche
Du probierst KI-Tools gerne aus und weißt, wie du sie sinnvoll einsetzt
Du übernimmst Verantwortung, priorisierst klar und verlierst dabei nicht die Qualität
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+), gute Englischkenntnisse
