Aufgaben

Produktionsplanung (Belegung von Produktionsanlagen, Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden in der Produktion)
Warenmanagement (Rohstoff- und Materialbeschaffung)
Verantwortliche Überwachung der Herstellung und der dazugehörigen Herstellungs-Dokumentation
Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und herstellungsbegleitenden Dokumenten im GMP-Umfeld
Unterstützung in der Produktion bei der Herstellung
Abstimmung mit der Qualitätskontrolle zur begleitenden Analytik
Koordination und Durchführung von Anlagenprüfungen, Instandhaltungstätigkeiten
Koordination, Überwachung und Durchführung von Anlagenqualifizierungen mit der Qualitätssicherung
Erstellung von GMP-relevanten Dokumenten (z.B. Änderungsanträge, CAPA, Abweichungen) und Mitarbeit im Managementteam

Qualifikation

Techniker / Meister bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium im chemisch / technischen Bereich
Ausgeprägte Planungs- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten gepaart mit einer konstruktiven Hands-on-Mentalität
Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben zu bewältigen und effektiv Prioritäten zu setzen
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, GMP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kritisches Denken, großes Qualitätsbewußtsein
Interesse an Führungsverantwortung
