Aufgaben

Du unterstützt bei der erstmaligen Erstellung und Entwicklung einer strukturierten CO₂-Bilanz nach dem GHG Protocol (Scope 1, 2 und 3) als Grundlage für unseren Nachhaltigkeitsbericht 2026
Du wirkst an der Definition von Bilanzierungsrahmen und Organisationsgrenzen mit und wählst methodische Grundlagen aus
Du hilfst beim Aufbau eines strukturierten Datenerhebungs- und Berechnungsprozesses, wählst geeignete Emissionsfaktoren (z.B. DEFRA, Umweltbundesamt) aus und unterstützt beim transparenten Umgang mit Datenlücken
Du unterstützt bei der konzeptionellen und methodischen Umsetzung der Bilanz sowie in der Analyse und Erhebung relevanter Daten
Du bereitest Ergebnisse adressatengerecht auf und leitest erste Maßnahmen zur Emissionsreduktion sowie zur Weiterentwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie ab

Qualifikation

Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (IT-) Nachhaltigkeit oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs - bevorzugt am Ende des Bachelorstudiums oder im Masterstudium (Praktikum und/oder Abschlussarbeit im Rahmen des Studiums)
Interesse an Nachhaltigkeit, CO₂-Bilanzierung und ESG-Themen sowie an der Anwendung des GHG Protocol im Unternehmenskontext
Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte und praktische Erfahrungen mit GHG Protocol oder ähnlichen Standards
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenanalyse, strukturierter Datenerhebung oder vergleichbaren analytischen Aufgaben
Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicherer Umgang in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch (C1) und Englisch
