Aufgaben

Operative Buchhaltung: Du verantwortest die aktive Debitorenbuchhaltung und sorgst für die zuverlässige Verbuchung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle
Forderungsmanagement: Eigenständige Abwicklung und Steuerung des B2B-Mahnwesens
Prozess-Optimierung: Du bringst aktiv Verbesserungsvorschläge ein, um unsere Workflows effizienter zu gestalten
Reporting & Analyse: Du wirkst bei der Erstellung interner Auswertungen mit
Unterstützung bei Monats-/Jahresabschlussarbeiten

Qualifikation

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.
Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung und im Mahnwesen.
Praktische Erfahrung bei der Mitwirkung an Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (Zuarbeit und Kontenklärung).
Sicherer Umgang mit einem gängigen ERP-System sowie gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel).
Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (in Wort und Schrift).
