Im Auftrag eines erfolgreichen Unternehmens aus einer zukunftsorientierten Industrie suchen wir einen Produktionscontroller (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Controlling-Teams an einem Produktionsstandort im Großraum Jena. In dieser Schlüsselrolle schaffen Sie Transparenz über Kosten und Kennzahlen und unterstützen aktiv operative wie strategische Entscheidungen im Produktionsumfeld.

Aufgaben

Analyse, Steuerung und Überwachung von Material- und Fertigungskosten
Durchführung von Standard- und Abweichungsanalysen
Erstellung regelmäßiger Produktions- und Performance-Reports
Aufbereitung und Analyse relevanter Produktions- und Steuerungskennzahlen
Kalkulation von Produkt- und Prozesskosten sowie Pflege der Kostenstrukturen
Unterstützung bei Investitionsentscheidungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen
Erstellung von Finanz-, Management- und Betriebspräsentationen

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung im Controlling eines produzierenden Unternehmens von Vorteil (z. B. Chemie- oder Lebensmittelindustrie)
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
