We're The Family Group, a portfolio of kids & family brands. We're building one centralized performance function that serves all of our brands, and we need the person to run it.

Tasks
- Build and run performance marketing across Meta, Google, and TikTok for multiple brands
- Create the systems, frameworks, and testing pipelines, from scratch
- Own tracking, attribution, and reporting across the portfolio
- Onboard new brands into the performance setup as we grow
- Work closely with the C-Level to turn strategy into repeatable execution
- Be the growth brain across the entire group - not just one brand
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Meta and Google Ads experience : you know these cold
- D2C or e-commerce background : you understand the full funnel
- Systems thinker: you build processes, not just campaigns
- Comfortable operating across multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Self-directed and hungry — this role has no ceiling and no guardrails
- Agency or multi-brand experience is a big plus
- Doesn't care about job titles : cares about building something real
