We're The Family Group, a portfolio of kids & family brands. We're building one centralized performance function that serves all of our brands, and we need the person to run it.

Not manage it. Not report on it. Build and run it.

Tasks

  • Build and run performance marketing across Meta, Google, and TikTok for multiple brands
  • Create the systems, frameworks, and testing pipelines, from scratch
  • Own tracking, attribution, and reporting across the portfolio
  • Onboard new brands into the performance setup as we grow
  • Work closely with the C-Level to turn strategy into repeatable execution
  • Be the growth brain across the entire group - not just one brand

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on Meta and Google Ads experience : you know these cold
  • D2C or e-commerce background : you understand the full funnel
  • Systems thinker: you build processes, not just campaigns
  • Comfortable operating across multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
  • Self-directed and hungry — this role has no ceiling and no guardrails
  • Agency or multi-brand experience is a big plus
  • Doesn't care about job titles : cares about building something real
