Zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt stammen unsere Kunden überwiegend aus Deutschland. Unsere Mission ist es, digitale Lösungen für eine effiziente und gezielte Versorgung in der Notaufnahme bereitzustellen. Hierzu sind unsere Projektmanager in engem Austausch mit unseren Kunden. Sie betreuen die Softwareeinführung von der Planungsphase bis zum Go-Live und halten auch später einen engen Kontakt zum Kunden. Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Projekten bei der Einführung von Softwarelösungen zum medizinischen Prozessmanagement in der klinischen und präklinischen Notfallmedizin
Überwachung des Projektfortschritts mit regelmäßiger Berichterstattung und Dokumentation der Zielerreichung
Durchführung von Prozessanalysen im Bereich Notaufnahmen von Akutkliniken
Entwicklung von Handlungsstrategien und Empfehlungen zur Prozessoptimierung
Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Kunden und Kollegen

Qualifikation

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
Berufserfahrung in einer Zentralen Notaufnahme oder im Rettungsdienst
Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung von Projekten
Souveräner Umgang mit MS Office 365 und sonstigen IT-Anwendungen
Freude an kooperativen Arbeiten mit unterschiedlichen Teams
Qualitätsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Eigenverantwortung
Sicheres kommunikatives Auftreten in Wort und Schrift
