Aufgaben

Als Product Owner (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Produktvision- und strategie in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern.

Pflege und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs
Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in klare User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Design und Marketing
Steuerung und Begleitung von Sprints und Releases
Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung von Features
Analyse von Nutzerfeedback und Daten zur kontinuierlichen Produktverbesserung
Abstimmung mit externen Partnern und internen Fachbereichen

Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Product Manager, idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld
Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum/Kanban)
Technisches Grundverständnis (APIs, Web-Architekturen)
Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung und digitale Produkte
