We’re looking for a hungry Performance Marketing Manager (Working Student or Freelance) who wants to own paid acquisition and grow with us. Own the Funnel: Manage paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok from end-to-end.
Optimize & Scale: Set up tracking, monitor KPIs, test new creatives daily, scale the winners, and "kill" the losers.
Creative Collaboration: Work directly with the founders and our content creator to brainstorm and brief high-converting ad assets.
AI Integration: Use AI tools to speed up your workflow, from copywriting to data analysis and creative iteration.
Reporting: Keep us in the loop with clear data on what’s working and where we’re headed next.
