Grwm ist eine Content-Commerce-Plattform für Fashion & Beauty, auf der Creator ihren Content hochladen und Communities durch authentische Inspiration direkt nachshoppen können. Das Besondere: Die Plattform wurde zusammen mit Hunderten Content Creatorn entwickelt.

Wir möchten gerne eine Person in unser Team integrieren, die mit Herz kreativ Content gestaltet, keine Scheu hat, vor der Kamera zu erscheinen, und offen für den Austausch mit Menschen ist. Du wirst eng mit relevanten Creatorn aus Fashion, Beauty und Lifestyle zusammenarbeiten sowie Drehs und Events mit großen Marken begleiten. Sammle einzigartige Erfahrungen und präge Grwm mit deinen Ideen und deiner Kreativität.

Aufgaben

Unterstütze bei Creator- & Event-Drehs am Set: Koordination, Set-Assistenz, Content-Erfassung, BTS
Probiere aus, teste Formate, mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und kreativer Freiheit
Recherchiere täglich Trends, Sounds und Formate und bringe sie direkt in die Umsetzung
Produziere eigenständig Short-Form-Content: von der Idee bis zum fertigen Schnitt
Übernimm den täglichen Upload auf TikTok & Instagram (Reels, Stories, Captions)
Begleite und organisiere Events mit Creatorn und Brands
Übernimm den täglichen Upload auf TikTok & Instagram (Reels, Stories, Captions)
Baue aktiv unsere Social-Media-Accounts mit auf
Arbeite am Content-Kalender und koordiniere Posting-Zeitpunkte

Qualifikation

Du bist Social Media Marketing affin, kreativ und liebst es Content umzusetzen
Du studierst Medien, Kommunikation, Marketing, Modemanagement, Journalismus oder Ähnliches
Du bist selbst auf TikTok und Instagram aktiv und weißt, wie die Plattformen funktionieren.
Du kannst Videos schneiden (CapCut, Premiere oder Ähnliches).
Du hast ein Gespür für Ästhetik, Fashion und Styling und kannst Dinge gut in Szene setzen.
Du arbeitest selbstständig und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
