KLT Klima- und Lüftungstechnik GmbH ist ein Fachunternehmen für Klima-, Kälte- und Lüftungstechnik im Großraum Hamburg. Wir planen, bauen und betreuen technische Anlagen für gewerbliche Kunden, öffentliche Einrichtungen und anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte.

Aufgaben

Als Projektleiter übernimmst du bei uns die technische und organisatorische Verantwortung für Projekte im Bereich Klima- und Lüftungstechnik. Du koordinierst Baustellen, stimmst dich mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Monteuren ab und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Projekte sauber, wirtschaftlich und termingerecht umgesetzt werden.

Planung, Steuerung und Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik
Koordination von Monteuren, Nachunternehmern, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
Abstimmung mit Kunden, Architekten, Fachplanern und anderen Gewerken
Prüfung von Plänen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und technischen Unterlagen
Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten, Nachträgen und Bestellungen
Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Ausführung
Baustellenbegehungen, Aufmaße, Abnahmen und Dokumentation
Unterstützung bei der technischen Klärung und Problemlösung während der Projektabwicklung

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Meister, Techniker oder Studium im Bereich TGA, Lüftungstechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Anlagenmechanik oder vergleichbar
Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Bauleitung im Bereich Lüftungs-, Klima- oder Gebäudetechnik
Technisches Verständnis im Bereich TGA
Sicherer Umgang mit Plänen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und technischen Dokumentationen
Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden, Kollegen und Projektbeteiligten
Führerschein Klasse B
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP-, CAD- oder Projektsoftware ist von Vorteil
