- Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to Tianshi's networks across Europe via online and offline channels
- Organize, prepare and actively participate in events, meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of German (C1) and English in both written and spoken
- strong communication and Excel skills
- excellent online/offline marketing skills
- Active, motivated team player; able to work independently
- PC skills with the MS Office package
