Aufgaben

Deine Mission

Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für Lösungen in Jira und Jira Service Management. Du entwirfst robuste Automationen, entwickelst Integrationen und bringst bestehende Kunden Setups in eine stabile, governable Struktur. Du arbeitest eng mit Consulting und Kunden Stakeholdern zusammen und lieferst Ergebnisse, die im Betrieb funktionieren.

Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Betrieb von ScriptRunner Lösungen in Jira und Jira Service Management.
Umsetzung typischer Use Cases wie Listener, Workflow Post Functions, Validatoren, Conditions, Behaviours, Scheduled Jobs und Bulk Automationen.
Entwicklung modularer Groovy Strukturen mit klaren Konventionen, Wiederverwendbarkeit, Fehlerbehandlung und Logging.
Analyse technischer Anforderungen, Erstellung von Solution Designs, Aufwandsschätzungen und technischem Risiko Management.
Troubleshooting komplexer Fehlerbilder inklusive Performance Optimierung und Stabilisierung von Bestands Skripten.
Integration externer Systeme über REST APIs, Webhooks und Authentifizierungskonzepte inklusive Datenmapping und JSON Verarbeitung.
Etablierung von Best Practices, Code Reviews und Enablement für Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie Kundenteams.
Unterstützung in Themen wie Governance, App Bewertung, Migration Data Center nach Cloud und Betriebs Übergaben.

Qualifikation

Dein Profil Must have

Sehr starke Erfahrung mit ScriptRunner im Jira Umfeld, idealerweise auch Jira Service Management.
Sehr gute Groovy Kenntnisse inklusive sauberer Code Struktur und Debugging.
Erfahrung mit Integrationen über REST APIs und sicherer Umgang mit JSON.
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit technische Lösungen verständlich zu kommunizieren.
