Als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration bist du unser erster IT-Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb und unterstützt Anwender bei allen technischen Fragen schnell, kompetent und lösungsorientiert.

Aufgaben

Onsite 1st-Level-Support & 2nd-Level-Support, nah dran, schnell gelöst
Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Anliegen vor Ort. Im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support analysierst und behebst du Störungen schnell und zuverlässig per Telefon, E-Mail oder Remote, auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Netzwerk- und Infrastruktur-Basics
Du betreust die IT-Infrastruktur mit Fokus auf den Benutzer-Support für Client-/Serverumgebungen, Drucker und Etikettendrucker. Mit deinem technischen Verständnis sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.

Dokumentation & Best Practices
Du dokumentierst IT-Abläufe und Support-Prozesse verständlich und systematisch. Damit schaffst du Transparenz und sorgst für effiziente Abläufe im Team.

Schulungs- und Rollout-Support
Du kümmerst dich um die Installation, Administration und den Rollout von Hard- und Software im Windows-Umfeld sowie von iPhones und iPads. Bei Schulungen und Einführungen stehst du unterstützend zur Seite.

Provider- und Hardware-Logistik, Systeme verwalten, Support sichern
Du unterstützt bei der Administration von Windows- und iOS-Systemen und stimmst dich bei Bedarf mit externen Partnern ab, um eine reibungslose Hardwarebereitstellung zu gewährleisten.

Qualifikation

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder kannst vergleichbare Qualifikationen vorweisen
Du bringst idealerweise 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support, Helpdesk oder in der Infrastruktur mit
Du kennst dich gut mit Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN / Firewall, Microsoft Entra ID und Microsoft Intune aus
SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
Du arbeitest serviceorientiert, kommunizierst klar und bist ein echter Teamplayer
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B1)
