Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) suchen!

Was Du bei uns bewirkst?

CNC-Schwerpunkt (80%): Du richtest unsere Haas-Maschinen selbstständig ein, programmierst und bedienst sie souverän. Du verantwortest die Einzelteilfertigung von Neukonstruktionen und Reparaturbauteilen.
Konventionelle Fertigung (20%): Bei schnellen Anpassungen oder Instandsetzungsaufgaben nutzt du dein Know-how an konventionellen Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen.
Präzision nach Zeichnung: Du fertigst komplexe Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen für unsere Schlauchproduktion exakt nach technischen Zeichnungen.
Zukunft mitgestalten: Du hast die Möglichkeit, dich im Bereich CAD/CAM-Programmierung aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.

Das bist DU:

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungs- oder Werkzeugmechaniker.
Erfahrung: Du bringst 1 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit – idealerweise in der Einzelteilfertigung oder im Vorrichtungsbau (keine reine Großserie).
Technik-Know-how: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CNC-Steuerungen (idealerweise Haas) und verfügst über solide Grundlagen in der konventionellen Bearbeitung.
Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich innerhalb unseres schlagkräftigen 5-köpfigen Werkstatt-Teams.
Bereitschaft: Du arbeitest im wöchentlichen Wechsel im 2-Schicht-System (Früh- und Spätschicht).
