Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair on cleanroom technical systems at customer sites
Conduct measurements including particle counts and airflow analysis following relevant standards
Diagnose and resolve faults in ventilation, HVAC, and cleanroom systems
Assist in the installation, modifications, and commissioning of new or upgraded systems
Prepare service reports, test protocols, and validation documentation

Who This Role Suits

Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, refrigeration technician, HVAC installer, or ventilation technician
Experience in technical service, field service, or customer service, preferably in cleanroom technology, HVAC, or pharmaceuticals
High willingness to travel within the DACH region and flexibility for customer-specific schedules

Für ein spezialisiertes Unternehmen der Reinraumtechnik suchen wir einen erfahrenen Servicetechniker (m/w/d) für Einsätze in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Die Position richtet sich an Fachkräfte aus dem technischen Außendienst, der Lüftungs-, Klima-, Kälte-, Elektro- oder Mechatroniktechnik, die gerne eigenverantwortlich beim Kunden arbeiten.

Aufgaben

Durchführung von Wartung, Inspektion und Instandsetzung an reinraumtechnischen Anlagen beim Kunden vor Ort
Messtechnische Prüfungen wie Partikelmessung, Strömungsanalyse und Filterintegritätstests nach relevanten Normen, z. B. ISO 14644
Systematische Fehlerdiagnose und nachhaltige Störungsbeseitigung an Lüftungs-, Klima- und Reinraumsystemen
Begleitung von Montage, Umbauten und Inbetriebnahmen neuer oder modernisierter Anlagen
Erstellung von Serviceberichten, Prüfprotokollen und Validierungsdokumentationen als Qualitätsnachweis
Technische Abstimmung mit Kunden zu Optimierungen, Wartungsbedarf und erforderlichen Ersatzteilen

Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d), Kältetechniker (m/w/d), Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Lüftungsbauer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
Praxis im technischen Service, Außendienst oder Kundendienst, idealerweise in Reinraumtechnik, HVAC, Klima-/Lüftungstechnik, Pharma oder Medizintechnik
Erfahrung mit Wartung, Inbetriebnahme, Störungsanalyse oder Qualifizierung technischer Anlagen von Vorteil
Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region und Flexibilität für kundenseitige Einsatzzeiten
Sorgfältige, saubere und strukturierte Arbeitsweise in sensiblen Umgebungen mit hohen Qualitätsanforderungen
Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für Kundendialog und technische Dokumentation
Selbstständiges Auftreten, Verlässlichkeit und ein lösungsorientierter Umgang mit technischen Herausforderungen
